Usually between 8-14 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order or on back-order it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.

We occasionally have sales and offer free shipping.

Shipping Information

We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. It usually depends on the size of your package.

As soon as your package ships out you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS (if applicable)
We really want you to be in love with your purchase, and if you are not entirely happy then we are here to help!

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned to us, at the customers expense.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dejablue.design.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFT
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We may require photographic evidence of the item and packaging in order to claim insurance back from our couriers and will request this from you at the time you inform us of the broken or damaged item.

International Orders

At this time we don’t offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please contact us to get a shipping price quote.

Because customs fees may be applied, we include a note in the shipping step of checkout letting you know all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees.
